Two things...

Why not let the grade school and high school kids allow the kids do their work online like college kids have been doing for years now.And I live in the rural areas and the stench that destroys air quality from hog barns is unbearable and the hog manure put into the soil is bad for the land and water but to the farmer it is ALL about profit from greed.Swine polltion is bad for the ecology and human environment.Let the guy that wipes pork chop on his body breathe drink and bathe in hof manure and see how long he survives. That it is what is happening a little bit at a time.

Mileage tax

Posted by Sornie | 7:13 AM | 0 comments »

You may save $3000 in gas (governmnet never calculates the correct savings), BUT the governmnet will take $4000 in new taxes. A short time ago MN was thinking about adding a mileage tax. To add that to each car will increase the price also. Plus who wants to drive around in a cracker box????? What about clean diesel we do't use it in America, but Europe does. These regulations will have a major impact on what a car can be, unsafe cracker boxes. I'll buy a SUV in a few years for my family in a few years so they can be safer.

All because now, the Federal Government NOW has an INTEREST (Conflict of interest??) in having GM succeed.

Posted by Sornie | 6:43 AM | 0 comments »

We only have to wait now and see this was a fool move. Sending business right out of midway. Or make it inaccessible to those who now ride the bus those who like it can't even tell us it will pay for itself the pro group will soon see their folly. It's not about me me me or you you you. It's about smart use of money in a time when our money is going down the drain. If you are right Ok, but I think history will say the 2009 generation sent America into being a third world power. Just look at what being over extended did to our country when it was just those who could not control their I want, buy it now, little inner child. And the wolves of the banking industry. The world is not conservative and progressive it is adult and children, and all children want it now mommy, Now Mommy NOW! Well it looks like adults are few and far between these days. Ok spend if you have it but credit kills. The USA is dying because we are a nation of spend it before you have it little self serving babies. And a bunch of vultures waiting to make a killing. Two extremes both wrong as can be. Children have the rule over us, sound familiar anyone?

There are more and more ripples from this nightmarish economic climate, or is it just me? People lose jobs, so they can't spend money at Home Depot. Home Depot loses revenue at that store so they decide to close it. The municipality that was looking forward to the taxes from that Home Depot store don't get them. The municipality now has no revenue from this store and they have a huge eye sore empty building that is a problem in several respects. Ugh! What a mess. I will spare you my hypothesis about Credit card banks that aren't making money because most of them also have mortgage divisions, so they jack up the rates on decent customers who were just barely making ends meet. Now the customer finds himself/herself out of work .. or a spouse who helped pay the bills or maybe none of that they were just on the edge after wage cuts .. and so the bills increase and now suddenly it is .. do we pay the mortgage or do we pay the increased credit card bills?? And the house slides towards foreclosure because they can't refinance and can't sell because damn near no one can qualify for a mortgage now even with 850 scores. And the boulder starts to slip out of Sisyphus's hands and begins to roll furiously down the hill.... I just see no end in sight to this massive swirly we are all living in right now.

Close the Borders

Close the borders and kick out all the illegals. It's so simple, but then the simpleton masses still don't get it. Let's see, this latest Government conspiracy to kill off some folks cuz there's too many people on the planet and too few resources supposedly can only be spread from germs - sneezing, coughing, not covering your stupid face while doing so. Yet it miraculously jumped from Mexico to Cold Spring Minnesota overnight? You mean like on a plane? Do you catch my drift? Close the borders and quit being a bunch of meely-mouthed fools.

You Libtards are incredible. You are so bitter and vile. People are losing their homes and personal belongings and all you can do is take girl swinging pot shots at a departed president. Crap for brains. Now, let me remind you, President Bush called the Governor of Louisiana DAYS BEFORE the storm hit and highly recommended he start evacuations on New Orleans and the Libtard Governor basically told the President to go to he**. Oh, but you don't want any facts, do you! Unchanged history hurts, don't it! Blame the Governor of Louisiana for the chaos, traffic jams and slowness of the response. It's pretty tough delivering supplies and aid when everyone is in the way!

How many millions of our tax dollars are sustaining farms that would not be able to make it on their own. Is there a farmer that doesn't get a check from Uncle Sam every month?
